Sommersby Bed & Breakfast

The spot was spot on, the food hit the mark, the rooms stayed squeaky clean, and the staff were all smiles—nothing else to add.

“Horrible guest house and booking.com disappointed for allowing this kind of properties on their plat”

I did not stay in this property I went there around 17:45 up on arrival my discovery was very disappointing vs what is shown on bookings.com site and what was actually on the guest house.1 the was a taxi parked in the property playing music loudly, 2 the guest house was upside-down untidy people were moving up and down with alcohol making noise .the rooms smell horrible, decided to cancel the booking and request our refund.which hasn't come till now. This morning I called a very rude gentleman by the name of Chris to resort my ordeal he told he hasn't received any money and people were having fun. Noise, falsely advised on bookings.com too much noise, more like a brothel house

Breakfast was solid, the team was friendly, and everything stayed tidy, giving me an 8 out of 10.

“Beautiful surroundings and beautiful workers at the property”

Manager Lucia was genuinely warm and always ready to help, showing real care for guests, but Chris, if you could drop by and greet the guests, that would be a nice touch.

“Migliorare la qualità o abbassare il prezzo!”

The location is just a few steps from the shopping centre and Florida Road, but the rooms feel a bit unfriendly, especially those facing the noisy street.
