The location is close to the station, the Wi‑Fi is fine, and they offer free coffee. The check‑in and access instructions were unclear. The room wasn’t very clean; I found hairs from previous tenants, a dirty bowl, and a dirty cup/hairdryer in the bathroom. There were no cups, cutlery, or plates. The ceiling was very low above the bed and dirty. The smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet, so it was useless except for standard Italian channels.

“Orrendo!!”

The walls were dirty and scratched, the covers were stained, there were no bathroom products, the bathtub shown in the photos didn’t work, and the shower was noisy.

The room was decent, but the jacuzzi didn’t work and the raised bed made a strange squeak. When we booked, they told us the room had a working jacuzzi as described, but we could still use it. The next morning after check‑out, the owner called saying the jacuzzi couldn’t be used and that we had flooded the room, which was false because it was just a leak. He also, in a rude and condescending manner, told us there was an extra charge of 40 € that we had to pay and that he would report us to Booking and file a complaint. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but we booked specifically for the jacuzzi, and knowing this beforehand we would not have stayed there, especially given the “courtesy” of the owner and staff who don’t even respond to a simple hello.

“Foggia e lavoro”

Good location from the city center. The room is spacious. The staff are very welcoming and kind. Nothing particular.
