The cleaning was not done, there were hair and fur everywhere in the room. No duvet cover. The bathroom was dirty. No comfort at all.

We had enough room for luggage, a good closet, and the beds were comfortable. They allowed us to keep some perishable food in their fridge. The staff were very kind. The hotel lacked a drinkable water dispenser, especially hot water for tea.
