We didn’t love a lot about the property; the view was not great, especially with construction going on. A more serious problem was toddlers, probably around two or three years old, in the hot tub wearing swim diapers—an appalling sight that made us think the water might be contaminated. The signs with hot‑tub rules were too small and not enforced; bigger, clearer signs are needed. Even worse, a baby was crying in the hot tub, clearly uncomfortable from excessive heat, which was frightening given how dangerous hot tubs can be for very young children. Management must take guest hygiene and child safety more seriously and enforce the rules.

“We love staying here but don't love the 2nd floor room”

I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times in the last five years, and the food is great, the pool and hot tub are nice, and the amenities are solid. But the most disappointing thing was getting a pool‑level room just steps from the hot tub; if the blinds aren’t closed, people at the pool can see straight into the living room and those in the hot tub can see directly into your bedroom—zero privacy and no way to enjoy the mountain view. We always stay on the upper floors, which we prefer.

“Excelente lugar para familias”

The rooms are very good—spacious, with a very convenient little kitchen and comfortable bathrooms. The mattress type isn’t my favorite (too soft for my taste). I’d recommend covering the air‑conditioner evaporators on the balconies.
