The location was great, which is why we chose the Hilton in Kadikoy/Moda, but we were disappointed: at reception during check‑in they took a second credit card from us even though the amount for three nights was already held; they said it was for the minibar in case we used anything, yet when we entered the room the minibar was empty.

The breakfast was good, but the air conditioner kept failing, and there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or bathrobes provided.
