The staff were very welcoming, trying to help and figure things out despite the language barrier; few spoke English, none understood Russian, and I unfortunately don’t speak Brazilian Portuguese, yet everything went fairly smoothly and comfortably. Having a safe and a fridge is great 👍🏻. The room was very small and we were on a low floor, but we managed. The breakfast was very sparse—mostly dough in all its forms, over‑cooked bacon, and some unclear egg dish. The coffee from the machine was bland, and the cappuccino came with sugar right away, which was a big surprise since we’re in Brazil!
