The hotel is a 10‑minute walk from Alona Beach, which was really nice! The room was also very nice. We had arranged for a guard to check us in after a long travel day, arriving in the middle of the night, but no guard was present. We waited 45 minutes, searched for one, called, and rang the hotel repeatedly. Suddenly, a guard who had been sleeping appeared, even though we had made an arrangement. The staff were extremely unpleasant, grumpy, and unhelpful. Additionally, there’s a school right behind the garden that rams out of control from 7 am, which isn’t mentioned anywhere. It was a terrible experience and definitely not a place I would recommend staying at. There’s nothing good to say about that hotel.
