Room beautiful with air conditioning, restaurant with pleasant service, food excellent, and the wellness area completely thrilled us.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was exceptionally generous with a wide variety of foods and drinks. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the pool and whirlpool were enjoyable. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection of sports and relaxation activities. However, at night I could hear noise coming from the bowling alley.

I liked the wellness area, but the reception staff were very poorly organized. To get a bill for my stay I had to ask multiple times, and they refused for various reasons. Even when I was checking out, I had to wait 20 minutes for payment, and they oddly couldn’t find my reservation even though I stayed two nights.
