The hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The staff were absolutely lovely and any request was looked after efficiently and with a smile. The room was nice and big and clean, looked lovely and the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was delicious although a little pricey. The location was great as we wanted to visit Windsor and have easy access to the highway as we had an early flight from Heathrow the next morning. Happy with everything

“Ideal for a few days”

Very quaint and homey, great food, friendly and helpful,staff. On a busy road so walking in neighborhood is not pleasant but there are sidewalks. The hotel grounds are lovely

“Delightful and comfortable”

Room was delightful, light music playing as you entered which was a nice touch. Stayed in the Windsor suite so not sure if all the rooms are to this standard but would recommend to anyone in the future. I plan on staying here again when in the area. Food was fantastic for the dinner and the breakfast. One minor thing, there is a fire exit sign above the door to the room and it was lit all night which meant the room had a green tinge. Didn't really bother me but never seen that before
