The room was comfortable, cozy, and spotless. The pub had a great vibe, the outside pods were lovely, and the castle view was fantastic. Every staff member was absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and attentive during our meals. We were constantly checked on to ensure we had everything we needed, and nobody could be faulted. The food was beautiful; we enjoyed a three‑course dinner and breakfast, all absolutely delicious. The location was quiet and ideal for history lovers, which was exactly what we wanted. It was an amazing stay and experience, and we will definitely come back. Loved everything!

The spot was ideal, with a beautiful castle and mill next door, perfect for dog walking and a short drive to many lovely spots and beaches. We’ll return. Nothing at all.

The spot is spot on and the staff were super friendly. The food hit the mark and overall it was a solid place to crash; we’ll definitely come back. The holiday, however, was over.
