“It’s a refreshing, very lovely place. Staff are extremely polite and helpful.”
The property and grounds look lovely, and the staff were fantastic.

The location is beautiful, Sunday lunch was fantastic, the spacious room in the main house was great, and parking was convenient. However, the windows in the bedroom need updating, the heating was on in the restaurant and it was too hot.

The property was clean and the grounds were fantastic. We were very disappointed – we arrived at 8:45 and by the time we dropped our bags off they’d stopped serving any type of food at 8:55. At this price point we would’ve expected sandwiches etc to always be available. It would’ve been nice to either be informed the kitchen would completely close soon or let people know ahead of time food isn’t always available on the property. We had to go out again to a nearby hotel to get food. There’s also no bedside socket in my room – again I would’ve expected this at the price point.

A nice hotel in a secluded location, rooms were excellent, the evening meal and breakfast were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
