“Comodidad”
The service was solid, but the food left a lot to be desired.
Everything was lovely and delicious, except for the limited menu during lunch on one day; otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The spot is spot-on, the beach is gorgeous, the landscaping is really nice, and the restaurants and buffet are pretty good. The check‑in process takes too long, you can’t book the restaurant on the same day as check‑in, the room had a bed smell, and the A/C unit leaked into the room right in front of the lavatory.

The kids’ pool area and nightly shows were highlights, yet the drain got clogged, there was a leak near the bathroom sink, some staff behaved like they owned the place, and the meals weren’t very good.
