The location is excellent. At least one bottle of water could be placed in the fridge. It’s impossible to see the national TV channels except for LA7; only the smart TV works but it doesn’t keep the connection. No RaiPlay or Mediaset, so the television is practically nonexistent.

The price was good for what we got, the location is central and the public transport links are solid, the place is practical and nicely arranged, there's an elevator in the building, the room and its furnishings are tidy and clean just as shown in the photos. One thing that could use a warning sign is the step in the entrance area – it’s a tripping hazard.

On the 5th floor with a small,old school elevator. Shower with good pressure and hot water, and a strong hair dryer is available (good for the lady with long hair). Bed is super comfy,felt as a good boxspring matras just like at home. There is a shared kitchen with a shared refrigerator. Location is very conveniently located, just a walking distance (few minutes) to the bustling area yet not in the middle of it. Also close to the grocery store COOP. Not very responsive host to messages and phone call. Check in should, according to booking information and standard sent whatsapp app by the host, avaible from.15.00,yet room was not ready only around 16.00. Responsed only last minute by the host, after multiple messages and phone calls so it was a bit stressful to us. The room has weak aircondition,felt like it was set to a fixed temp which was okay during the night but just weak during the day. There was no everyday cleaning, also accomodation is in ZTL zone so be aware to park your car elsewhere (min 8 min walking). Another note: Thin walls, could hear the tv turned on loud during the night by adjacent neigbours
