“This Hotel is not ethical with their booking process and charges extra fee without making that clear”

The hotel charged us extra Rs 2000 (on top of the actual amount) stating we had to pay this for an accompanying 16 year old teenager when the details of who would be staying were already shared with them at the time of booking. They forced us to pay half the booking amount prior to our stay - this was not mentioned during the booking process At the time of checking in they informed booking is cancelled and made us wait for an hour in the lobby before allocating a room to us

Nice tiles and lighting. Room was nice. Location, building bad. Not a proper hotel facility. Modified from residential property by putting some new tiles and lighting. Very very poor breakfast. Staff behavior mediocre

“It was average - disappointing- not as per the rating”

The air conditioning worked well, but when I checked in the room was infested with mosquitoes and had sea sand in the bathroom; the safety locker was broken, the smart key didn’t work, and there was no proper plug for the kettle.

The hotel’s central location was great, and there were no complaints.
