The worst experience I’ve had: they denied me entry, claiming they don’t accept online bookings, and the map location they gave was wrong; there was no sign for the hotel either.

The entire booking process felt like a scam; I chose pay‑at‑property, yet the FabHotels team kept contacting me, demanding payment via a QR code. When I declined, they threatened to cancel my reservation. Arriving at the front desk, the staff denied any record of my booking, claiming the hotel had been sold out for days and my reservation didn’t exist. I was forced to scramble for another place and ended up paying triple the original price just to find accommodation.
