The location and the styling of the suite were great. It was very noisy, and the cooking smell from the restaurant below lingered in the room; the large rain shower also had almost no pressure.

The room’s layout is genuinely charming and pretty. But the reality was disappointing: when we arrived the room was clearly not cleaned—hair in the bed and bathroom, plus visible stains and spots. We told the staff, yet the only compensation offered was a drink or breakfast, which felt completely inadequate for the situation. Cleanliness is a basic hotel requirement.
