A good hotel, not very large, with comfortable rooms and a price that fits the property. It sits inside a private park that’s accessible, and in summer you can have breakfast outdoors. The staff are friendly and courteous, but the hotel feels generally cold and lacks empathy when interacting with guests.

We stayed here over the weekend and felt absolutely great! The place is clean, the rooms are neat and welcoming, the staff are kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The location is convenient and the value for money is absolutely excellent. The breakfast was especially appreciated, perfect for starting the day right. A special shout‑out to Daniela, the receptionist, who kindly nicknamed us “the 5 from Turin,” a small touch that made the stay even nicer and one we’ll remember with a smile! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy spot near Bologna. If we ever return to the area, we’ll definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

A very pretty house in a great location, with super nice and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and tasty breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms are noisy and you can hear each other.

The family‑friendly and caring atmosphere, yet still elegant and comfortable, makes the Boutique a truly special place. In all my travels I’ve never found a hotel that offers the warmth typical of private guests and, at the same time, the care of a star hotel. The value for money is excellent.
