The accommodation was truly extraordinary, everything was tastefully and lovingly arranged. The host was incredibly friendly and very considerate of his guests’ well‑being, even of the animal guests. Dogs are absolutely welcome.

The location relative to the city center was good, and the host’s hospitality and kindness provided all the information we needed to enjoy a lovely evening in town. The continental breakfast featured local products. Nothing to add.

The house was a bourgeois mansion with period décor, perfectly situated for exploring the city, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian tourist circuit. The welcome was warm. The room was quiet and had two 1.20 m beds, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. Parking was nearby. The breakfast was complete and served in beautiful dishware. A few minor points: the room felt a bit cramped because of the large beds, but that’s fine as long as you can sleep comfortably. The bathtub in that bathroom was a bit high, so you have to be careful when getting out. The welcome garden suffered from a very dry summer – it would be more inviting in spring.

It was not something that gave me a sense of satisfaction. The personal contact was terrible; upon entering the premises we were told we shouldn’t have entered because it was private and we should have called. Outside, next to the door (a kind of garden door) there wasn’t really a front door you’d expect for such a place. The owner then approached us correctly but not in a guest‑friendly manner.

The room is less than 18 m². The property is charming, but the room is too small for two people.
