The location is good. The beds, carpet, and bad smells are problems.
At check‑in they explained that they didn’t know how the rooms were equipped. They had a Superior room with a queen‑size bed, a couch, and a fridge. Initially we were assigned a room with two single beds. When we asked, they said we actually had a double room. When I refused, they gave me a new room and told me to see if it was a single bed or still two singles. In the room, the first space was bare. Everything echoed. Cleaning cloths were lying around. It was just a normal double bed. Because we were short on time, we accepted it. It smelled a bit odd. The next morning at breakfast we were missing words. Compared to our last stays there, it was simply catastrophic. No choices. Flies everywhere on the sausage and cheese platters. The staff watched as children packed and put things away. Moreover, the breakfast staff were unhappy, rolling their eyes as more customers came.
Comfortable bed. Good food.
When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that due to renovation there was no room available for me and offered me a different room at another hotel 30 minutes away.
