The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is in a great spot close to everything, but the room isn’t well insulated, so the street noise kept coming through all night.

Everything was comfortable and clean, the facilities were nice, and the staff were friendly. The only issue that could be fixed quickly is that the room had a single outlet that didn’t work, so we couldn’t charge our devices; otherwise everything was great.

The location near the city centre is great, but they didn’t bring us any towels even after we asked; only one small and one large were available.
