Great and easy communication with staff. Convenient location close to Little Tokyo and the Metro station. Comfortable beds. Easy to get to top bunks with stairs instead of ladders. Outlets by bed were completely loose and were almost unusable without figuring out an orientation with the adapter for 5 minutes. It also had charging USB ports, but they didn't work. Bathroom stalls (toilet and showers) were a bit cramped with a few flies. With no doors to the bathroom, you can hear it from the beds. No noise barrier from the outside streets, which wasn't too bad given that particular street isn't active, but you can hear every car and Metro passing by pretty loudly

ubicación,. la atención pésima, venía de otro país y a fuerzas querían iniciar los datos por sms, 2 horas perdidas me tuvo que ayuda run Uber con número de teléfono de los Angeles, me colgaron 2 veces el teléfono, la atención fue una pesadilla
