The location is great; an Oxxo is just a block away, plus a Soriana express and the Central de Autobuses are within walking distance. With a car, a few minutes gets you to the city center and Macroplaza. The staff were very attentive; we asked for a steamer and hair dryer and they were kind enough to provide them. We also requested early check‑in before 2:00 pm because we arrived early, and since it was low season they granted us that favor, which we really appreciated. The facilities were clean and everything was very good. Everything was excellent.

It’s clear the hotel has been remodeling, and it’s looking good. The location is excellent for the price offered. The hotel staff let us leave an hour later, which we were very grateful for. Some parts of the hotel look old or worn, but the room is great for its price.

I liked it a lot—the peace and comfort. The elevator takes a long time to open.
