The location was excellent. However, there was no clear sign indicating where the hotel was, and the room didn’t have a kettle. The hallway smelled unpleasant and everything felt minimal.

“Great location but you get what you paid for”

The hotel sits close to many shops and Rome’s center, though it can get very busy on weekends. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We booked a taxi through the hotel, but they forgot about it. We didn’t see any hot‑tub area or breakfast as advertised, and when I asked, the answer was unclear. The shower didn’t drain properly.

The location was great—just a few minutes’ walk from the Spanish Steps, right across from all the best shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping delivered a fresh towel daily. What bothered us was the lack of a separate shower enclosure, so privacy was missing. The room only had a bed and a chair, which isn’t comfortable, and we weren’t allowed into the lobby, so there was nowhere to sit and chat.

“Localização perfeita, mas a primeira impressão péssima”

Acomodação limpa. Da recepção, na verdade chegamos de madrugada, onde cobram uma taxa por chegarmos fora do horário, sendo que a entrada é péssima, no térreo não há recepção e tudo sujo, lembra um filme de terror, até saber que era no primeiro andar, passamos momentos tensos
