The location is spot‑on, right at the start of Spacca Napoli, making it super convenient. The lady who brings croissants and coffee every morning is lovely.

Room was fine. The entrance from the street was a bit inconvenient.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Located in a neighborhood close to everything. Basic breakfast was included and enough to start the day. The owner was very friendly and let us stay after check‑out without any issues. The only downside was that we got a room with a staircase, which only bothered us when lugging our luggage up.

The place was very clean and in a great location. It felt safe and there wasn’t too much street noise. Shower water pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, and there was a mini fridge in the room. It was very quiet inside, and if I hadn’t seen a few people at breakfast I would have thought no one else was staying there. The woman who runs the place doesn’t speak English, but a translator app on our phones handled it. I was very grateful she let me use the room all day on the day I had to leave, as I had an evening flight. That convenience was much appreciated. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
