“Ok but probably won’t come back.”

The place is quiet, clean and comfortable, yet roadwork made it incredibly hard to find even with their directions; we drove 45 minutes, finally called the phone number for help, the parking was far and on rough terrain if you had a suitcase to wheel, and getting to the town centre required a steep 20‑minute climb; after dark there were two stretches with no lights that you wouldn’t want to walk alone, it was a bit slippery from the rain, and the staff were not very friendly.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good; Receptionist Serena was top, but between arrival and the restaurant opening I couldn’t order a drink anywhere, there’s a nice terrace but no bar to order from, and the receptionist had to call a staff member to ask if she could come earlier and bring a beer.

The new structure is very clean, with spacious and quiet rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good but could be a bit more varied. There are no services outside the rooms; an accessible bathroom for guests would be appreciated. The location is nice, close to the 99 Cannelle Fountain, but until the reconstruction work is finished it’s difficult to reach the city center without a car.

“Hotel in zona storica molto bella”

The village is beautiful, though the street is currently under renovation. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is very tasty. The bed was uncomfortable.
