The location was not good.

The hotel sits in a great spot, right next to the train station, the metro, and the city centre, all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was average. The sheets smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom looked old, and the staff woke us up early with loud chatter. There was a glitch with the digital payment, so I had to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM.

The welcome was friendly and the place is well located. However, there was a lot of noise early in the morning.

The room was comfortable and very clean; it seemed to be part of a fairly new annex of the hotel because, while spotless, it lacked some finishing touches, especially in the bathroom where there was no place to hang towels, but nothing serious. The windows were great, no street noise came through, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. At night, many people came in and out of rooms and stayed loudly in the corridor; it was hard to tell if they were guests or residents, since our room was in an annex building next to the main hotel.
