The hotel is elegant with a good in‑house restaurant. It’s outside the city center, but the dining room offers an exceptional view of the lake and a nice panorama. Ideal for those who love quiet just outside town. Everyone was friendly and the spa was great. My room had slightly awkward space layout, the bathroom was very small, and the wardrobe a bit inconvenient.

The property was stunning, and Mio at the concierge was a real pleasure (though I think I misspelled his name). The view would have been amazing if it weren’t cloudy, and breakfast was definitely worth the price. I didn’t realize we’d have to climb uphill to reach the hotel—what a surprise! 😂

Amazing view! The spa area overlooks grazing cows, Lucerne, the lake, and the mountains—awesome! Don’t take room 106 over the kitchen; the AC hum or some ventilation shafts from the kitchen are terribly audible.

Great location with a fantastic view over Lucerne, plenty of parking right at the door, friendly staff, and good service. The air‑conditioner on the balcony made it almost impossible to sit there in summer because of the noise, and the small shower cabin was a drawback.
