Good customer service. It was very cold, I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner, had to open the windows because of street noise, and couldn’t sleep.

The building is very clean and the location is great.

The location is convenient, close to the Rambla, Gothic Quarter, and the beach. The hotel is fairly clean and the staff friendly. However, the air‑conditioner and fridge in the room didn’t work; the staff tried to fix it but failed, so it was uncomfortable in the hot weather. The hotel offered a discount for the stay because of this.
