The hotel is close to the station, department store, and International Street, and it offers a water dispenser for water and coffee. The public areas are cleaned daily and stay fairly tidy, and the air‑conditioning is strong enough to keep the room cool. There is no elevator, but a simple freight lift helps move luggage. The AC is noisy and the sound insulation is poor, so you can hear footsteps from the floor above and conversations from the room next door. Late‑night guests (2–3 am) return to tidy up and are quite loud. Many guests don’t understand the house rules, and some blow their hair in the public area after the allowed time, which can disturb light sleepers.
It’s well located in the city center–port area. The shower and bathroom facilities are good, and there is even a bathtub in the women’s section for extra privacy. The washing machines are close to some rooms, so the noise level varies depending on where you stay. The iron beds also make a clattering sound.
