The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and we slept well, but the chair at the table needs to be replaced.

Location, room rate was good. When we checked in we were charge taxes again on top of booking rate which already had taxes and fees , we were told taxes weren’t included, so we had to pay taxes again. This is the first time we were charged more than what we were quoted at time of booking. In my opinion a total ripoff, will not stay there again and I think Booking. Com needs to look into this hotel!!!

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and the room was located nicely, but when I requested a later checkout it wasn’t communicated to the cleaning staff, so my spouse had to leave the room while I was still visiting my son; I called to ask why he had to leave despite my request for a later checkout, but it was too late.
