The location, the staff’s kindness, the cats, the chalet.
The room was very comfortable and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding
The rustic style of the room and the remotness was lovely, fabulous food in the restaurant on the Tuesday. There wasn't anything not to like, would stay there again

The view was wonderful, the people were friendly, and the food was phenomenal, but the sofa sleeper could be improved for comfort even though the main bed was great.

Peaceful place. Shower and toilet were good. Staff were lovely. V Expensive and sold as double bed and 2 singles but the 'singles' were fold up chairs that you open out, about 5 inches thick on the floor. Breakfast was very limited. Very remote. Restaurant not open on Mondays which wasn't advised so we had put noodle type things.
