No likes. The confirmation was received, but when I visited the hotel they said there was no booking. This happened during check‑in and it was very bad. Who should I contact about this issue? It was blank.

The place is convenient and the rates are budget‑friendly. However, there is no breakfast, no room service, and the faucets are broken.
