The location is perfect, close to ICONSIAM, with a stunning city view. It's very easy to reach by public transport. The rooms are very tidy with a wonderful bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's also a lovely pool. This hotel is highly recommended! From the shopping mall the entrance can be a bit hard to find, but that's it.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a fantastic spot while we were in Bangkok, thanks to its direct link to ICONSIAM, its convenient location, reasonable rates, and easy access. The rooms were modern and fresh, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly, and went the extra mile for guests. From our room we enjoyed sweeping views of the river and city skyline, especially at night. Anyone who wants to be close to the river boats and shopping areas should consider staying here—disappointment is unlikely.

Just a few steps from ICONSIAM, the hotel made shopping, sightseeing, and dining a breeze. The dinner cruise and visits to the three major temples were also convenient because the boats departed from the pier right in front of ICONSIAM. A few days before arrival, I got an email offering an upgrade to a room with a better view and a bit more space; I paid the extra amount after checking in, and they even let me check in earlier, which I appreciated. The food was tasty, and on the second night I missed the breakfast because it started early, but they still supplied bread, fruit, and drinks for the morning. No complaints at all!

ICON Siam is reachable via level M of the hotel, and there are plenty of massage options just outside the building. I was looking for a hotel near ICON Siam but didn’t realize it was right across the street.

The hotel sits in a prime spot for shopping and transport links. The room came with all the expected amenities, and the staff—particularly at the front desk—offered excellent service, with quick responses from the messaging team. Nothing in particular to note.
