What stood out most about our stay was definitely Davide’s attention. He was on top of everything, even reaching out the day before we arrived and staying in touch during our stay to make sure everything was fine, giving us tips and caring a lot about our comfort. He also offered a late check‑out the day before we left, since he had no other bookings, which we appreciated even though we couldn’t use it because we had to catch a noon flight. These details show how much he cares about guests. And the location was wonderful: one step is Via Toledo, another is Piazza del Plebiscito, and in no time you’re also at the port. It was a great spot for exploring Naples on foot. We also loved how quiet the room was; given how noisy Naples can be, especially at night, being able to rest without hearing the street was a big plus. The bed base is spring‑coiled and quite noisy when moving. The pillows have small foam pieces inside, which I didn’t find very comfortable. The hair dryer needs a new one; the outer material is deteriorating, sticky to touch, and unpleasant. There’s no shelf in the shower to keep gels, so you have to pick them up from the floor each time. The bathroom also has an extremely loud extractor fan. Of the three bulbs, only one worked, and the lighted mirror has a plug issue: you must find a very specific spot for it to make contact and turn on. In short, we were mainly impressed by the fantastic location, the quiet room, and especially Davide’s care, but there are several maintenance and equipment details that should be checked to improve the experience.

Excellent location near restaurants and shops. The only downside is that there is a kettle and a microwave, but no tea bags or instant coffee.
