The view was gorgeous, and Natán and the lady were super friendly and professional. Breakfast tasted great too. But the cabin had a bunch of wear‑and‑tear problems – the bathroom shelves are peeling and wobbling, the rug looks worn, a nightstand top is loose, the front door scratches the wood floor and is hard to open, some outlets are loose, the floor needs polishing, the shower soap holder is a bit loose, and there's no indoor table with chairs even though it rained this morning.

The place is amazing and everyone was excellent. Everything felt welcoming and the staff went above and beyond.

The dome was cozy with a jacuzzi that kept the chill at bay, but the door didn’t seal properly and chimney smoke drifted in, making the interior pretty cold.

Spectacular scenery and clean, pretty facilities. Breakfast could have had more variety, but it was still delicious.
