Breakfast is excellent with many varieties, the location is great with free entrance to the park connected to the hotel, and it was very quiet, which I appreciated; however, the parking lot is huge and crowded because it was Children's Day, so we had to use external paid parking at R$25.00 per day, which felt inappropriate.

The hotel room is close to the park, but the food is always cold, restocking is scarce when something runs out, all‑inclusive pricing hides extra charges for all drinks—including water—and there’s no facility management during off‑hours.
