It’s great to sit outside for meals with a sea view, the staff are very friendly, the grounds are well kept, and the pool area is nice. The only issue is the airplane noise, right on the runway.

We arrived with friends and were told a room we booked was unavailable; we were moved to a nearby sister hotel, not the one we paid for. It was far less nice than the AluaSoul, not Adult Only, and its location was worse, leaving us very disappointed.

The food quality, the welcome, the seaside walk, and the view were all great. However, being very close to the airport means you can hear planes, and the pool isn’t heated, so even on nice autumn days it’s impossible to swim.

Communication, location, and the buffet were all positive. The entertainment and bedding didn’t feel as fresh as expected.
