“Very nice for a short visit to Tenerife”

The location was fantastic, right by shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our room overlooked the pool area and breakfast was very nice. The property felt a little dated, but it looks like renovations are underway. We expected a beach area, so we put our towels on two chairs right in front of the hotel, only to be charged 12 euros because it was privately owned. More entertainment at the pool and lounge would have been nice, and it would have helped if someone could offer drinks near the pool instead of having to go to the bar.

The staff were very pleasant. The suite was clean, but the sofa was very dirty and the TVs looked outdated. The bathtub was stained.

I’m a regular at the hotel; the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially the pool bar crew, are great. It’s frustrating that they don’t allow access to the rest of the resort’s facilities during the day.

🌴🌊 Wspaniały hotel w idealnej lokalizacji! ☀️😍 Pyszne i różnorodne śniadania 🥐🍳🍉, piękne otoczenie i przede wszystkim ocean na wyciągnięcie ręki! 💙🌊🏝️ Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, spacery i podziwianie pięknych widoków. 🌅✨ Wszystko, czego potrzeba do udanych wakacji! 🥰🌴🐬 Zdecydowanie polecamy! ❤️✈️. Jedynym minusem były łóżka, które są już trochę zużyte i skrzypiące, co nieco obniżało komfort snu. 🛏️
