The staff, especially Mateo, were very attentive, the view was excellent, and breakfast was very tasty. The parking area is far, uncovered, and exposed. The first impression of the hotel wasn’t very pretty, and the pool area—though heavily advertised—lacks privacy, is small, and the lobby and restaurant are just centimeters from the pool, making the whole place feel like one space. We enjoyed the room and balcony, but the only private area is minimal. Common areas are cramped, lack privacy, and the first floor is uncomfortable; there isn’t much else to do.
