The hotel was way out on a bare, exposed road, far from anything useful, and the manager was downright rude and even aggressive. The rooms looked neglected, smelled damp, and were uncomfortable to stay in. We decided to leave right away rather than spend a night in those conditions.

They cancelled my booking but kept it showing in the system, which ended up with an extra charge on my card. Trying to sort it out by email was a nightmare, and when I switched to WhatsApp the staff were extremely rude. Overall, the service was terrible.

The staff were fantastic and the place felt cozy, warm, and comfortable. I really liked how welcoming it was. The only downside was the drive up – the road is a bit rough and not the best. Still, it was a pleasant stay overall.
