The room is nice, spacious, clean, and the bathroom is good. To get to the bathroom you have to walk three steps down the hallway, which isn’t a problem because the room is at the end of the building. The location is good and the surroundings are quiet. After looking for a parking spot, we always found a free one nearby. On the first day the host showed us where the dishes and breakfast food were. From the second day onward we set up our own breakfast table, left out the coffee, heated water in the microwave for tea, and toasted bread (with the third guest from the single room). The food selection was limited on some days. Regarding kitchen hygiene, don’t be too sensitive. The host sat at the breakfast table and talked about the city, Italy, and herself. For those who don’t want nonstop conversation in the morning, this can be too much. We stayed five nights and the bathroom was never cleaned or the trash emptied. We had to dispose of the trash ourselves in the kitchen. When we asked, fresh towels were provided.
