“A very relaxing stay in a beautiful area”

The breakfast was good, the host was very helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The restaurant next door was excellent. It would be nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee ourselves.

The staff were friendly, but the price‑to‑quality ratio, cleanliness, and overall condition were disappointing; the historic building still has access doors with gaps that let you see into the room.

The Agriturismo Montecorona sits in an old convent, giving a striking visual impact, and the rooms—taken from a convent wing—are spacious, well‑cared for, and stylish while keeping the original charm; the common areas for relaxation, reading, and TV are welcoming and pleasant, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, featuring local products that taste great, and we especially enjoyed fresh fruit (peaches and plums) from their own orchard, which was a delightful touch. Our stay fell during one of the hottest summer periods, so the room lacked air conditioning; the in‑room fan helped, and the early‑morning drop in temperature made sleep easier. Installing air conditioning, especially in the rooms, would add value during hotter periods.
