The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, communicating well before and during our stay. Parking was straightforward: we could drive very close to the hotel, and the staff then parked our car in a secure spot. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Ascoli, with everything we wanted to see nearby. Breakfast was very good, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. We loved Ascoli and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our room was very small, and the shower was particularly tiny.

We were passing through on our trip and decided to stay a day in Ascoli Piceno. Besides being enchanted by the beauty of the place, we also loved the hotel’s position and the excellent service offered in this magnificent location. Thanks to the kind and welcoming staff. Palazzo dei Mercanti is a journey between antiquity and modern comfort. We will return and definitely recommend. No complaints.
