The only thing that mattered was the location; everything else was a total waste. There was no water, no calm, no clear water, no toiletries, the beds weren’t cleaned, the TV didn’t work, the AC remote was missing, there was no hot water for a bath, room service was not properly handled, the room had two beds but only a single‑bed sheet, and the staff didn’t respond properly. Just the location was good.

This place isn’t a proper hotel at all, maintenance is lacking and I would never book again. The AC worked fine, but all other amenities were horrible—avoid it.
