“Perfeita!”

The stay was flawless. The hotel staff were amazing and we were welcomed warmly; every employee deserves a 10, and I noted their names here: Raquel, Rodrigo, Vanessa, André, Johny, Beatriz, Ivaldo, Eduardo, and Márcia. The service was impeccable, we were well taken care of and helped whenever we needed. Breakfast ran until noon during our stay, which was perfect because we wanted to rest and didn’t want to wake up early. We even had a Saturday lunch included and received a suite upgrade. All in all, everything was perfect. The location is great—just a block from the beach and close to shops and top restaurants. I recommend it and plan to stay at Promenade Leblon whenever I return to Rio. No complaints.

The hotel’s location and comfort were solid, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful with our requests, even managing to add an extra night for us. However, the property felt more like a decent aparthotel than a true four‑star hotel, especially regarding the views, finishes, and overall quality, and we were disappointed when my daughter’s lip liner disappeared from our room with no explanation.

I loved the location, the layout and size of the rooms, and the services, but the mattresses in the rooms were not great.
