The reception staff were unfriendly and their English was hard to understand; I wish they were friendlier and more attentive. I wouldn’t stay there again, and there’s no drinking water in the room.

The location was right next to NWC, which was great. The breakfast, however, was awful – there were very few options and the bread was moldy. A strange odor lingered throughout the hotel, and at night we kept hearing a continuous odd noise that sounded like water running through pipes. The bed was uncomfortable too; I could feel the springs in the mattress.

The place was spotless and very quiet. The only downside was that the breakfast area was quite small.
