“Desastre, poca professionalitat, humitats i bruticia.”
The location was great, right in the city center and facing the sea. However, the staff were not very professional – we had to ask for towels every day, the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the door was left open all day with all our belongings inside. We constantly had to request water. Breakfast was extremely limited, the products weren’t fresh, and the area was dirty. There was a lot of dampness in the facilities and rooms weren’t cleaned thoroughly, only the beds were made. The shower tap didn’t work, and we had to bring it up repeatedly, but we eventually gave up. The last morning, a staff member entered to check the minibar while we were in the bathroom. When I tried to stop him, he ignored me and opened the minibar, leaving my companion in the bathroom without clothes. There was no empathy or understanding of the situation, and the whole thing was totally unprofessional – a disaster.
