“Nel complesso accettabile”

The room was clean, the setting quiet in the green, and parking was spacious. The breakfast was disappointing—no packaged croissants, only pre‑opened cookies. I don’t expect much, but sealed single portions would be appreciated. Saturday night there was a party, so it’s not ideal for those who want to rest or need to wake early the next day.

The staff were very welcoming and flexible with arrival times. The large room was well equipped and the breakfast was excellent.

We chose this spot because of the local market, the area, and the pasta factory. The location was quiet and central for our visits. The reception was unprofessional; two young people came after long ringing and walked in. The parking space behind the fence was fine, but we were directed to a muddy, damaged area. The place feels more like a hostel than a B&B. The central lounge and kitchen had dirty dishes, food scraps, and expired items in the fridge. Smoking was allowed in the lounge. The tidy bedding was stacked in the hallway. There was no access control. Breakfast was a sloppy table with a sliced loaf of bread, cold meats with no visible date on the fridge, and water boiled in a microwave. In short, this was not an Italian experience, nor a B&B memory we would recommend.
