The staff were very courteous when handling the reservation, and the location is convenient for getting to the airport, downtown Rionegro, restaurants, cafés, and the transport terminal—an ideally positioned spot.

Very close to the bus station and the city center. There is no window with light, so there is no proper ventilation and consequently mold. The bed is very hard.

The staff were extremely friendly, the hot water worked, and the room had plenty of space. The place is perfect, close to the terminal, in the historic center, and near the stop to head to the airport. I would improve the room’s finishes a bit, especially the walls and windows.
