I booked this hotel for a short stay to unwind after my flight. They were very happy to help me. I arrived a bit early and they already checked me in. My backpack broke on the flight, but Cuong from the staff didn’t mind and just carried it upstairs. He was really kind.

The room and the reception staff were good. The restaurant staff, however, were poorly trained, didn’t speak English, didn’t understand or support you, and the service was very bad.
